教学目的 Educational Goal 现代人事管理已经发展为一个复杂的组织体系。在公司的作用也已经从职能化转变为公司战略发展的一个重要组成部分。此培训项目旨在帮助中国的企业领导者了解国际人事管理最新实践经验与条例。通过借鉴美国尤其是硅谷高科技公司的人事管理战略实践,及人才任用与奖惩制度的成与败,发展适合中国入世后企业人事管理的新战略。The Modern Human Resources Management has evolved into a complex system that has shifted its functional role to an important role as the part of the company's overall strategic development. This training program is aimed to broaden the Chinese decision maker's international exposure and help them learn the international conventions in the HRM sector.
